This reminded me of what my friend said to me on Sunday. I was upset and she reminded me that it isn’t some massive horrible nasty thing that was going on in my head, that it isn’t the worse thing that’s going on in someone’s head. That there was people in church that night, who were probably thinking about much worse/hard stuff then me. Just ‘cause we struggle, doesn’t mean we are to be ashamed.
